Task initiation on mobile

Ensure that users can immediately and easily start (and hopefully complete) the top 5 most frequent and important user tasks/journeys on mobile. A good benchmark is the “Can I complete this task while running” test.

Examples of top tasks for e-commerce (this depends on the nature of the e-commerce site - please look at your data):
- Carry out a search (if you have a large product range)
- Easily see all product categories and being able to navigate to the PLP’s
- Complete an unfinished order e.g. getting to the basket
- Logging in / Registering
- Returning items
