Sticky add-to-cart

On mobile, the add-to-cart always needs to stay visible.

Details: When the user scrolls past the normal add-top-cart CTA to look for more product information, the CTA always need to be present on the screen to reduce the friction of adding to cart. A sticky add-to-cart CTA should be present at the bottom of the screen.
