[Sort & Filter] Sticky Sort & Filter Options

As the visitor scroll down, the filter will always remain visible on top of the page (mobile) or at the left side of the page (sidebar) on Desktop.

With such functionality, user will be able to change his filtering criteria without having to scroll back to top, improving UX.
