Remove "Shipping & Taxes are calculated at checkout", if not really necessary

When the visitor qualifies for free shipping or you deliver to areas with no additional charges, remove this from the cart or cart drawer page. The reason is that potential customers may think that they will be charged extra fees or shipping costs, and they saw at an earlier step that they qualify for free shipping. Conflicting information and confusion.
