[Popups] Display the Coupon Code as a Thank You Page

After the visitor has entered their email address, display the discount code as a Thank You Page instead of sending it to them by email. This way, the discount code is immediately visible, can be copied/applied immediately and the visitor does not leave the session (to access the email, wait for the discount code and then return to the site to continue the session)
